I orderes the couples book over a year ago and have had so much with it! So i decided to order one for my daughter in laws birthday. It said it was delivered but she didn't get it. I contacted the company and had the BEST customer service EVER. They offered to send out another book .....Fortunately she ened up recieving the package. But WOW.....the customer service was amazing. Definitely buying more books for gifts from them. Thank you so much!!!! These books and company ROCKS!!!

I ordered this book for my anniversary with my fiance of 9 years. Sadly, we were not able to get married last year.. or this year. We now have a date to look forward to next year in August!
With all these unfortunate things going on right now, not being able get married, this book was something my fiance and I could look forward to doing together!
I had a little issue receiving this book, however, emailing customer service my concern, Hailey was sooooo kind and generous and made what could have been another disappointment for my fiance and I, something to look forward too! She was really understanding and made Me the happiest bride to be!.

At first getting the book and the camera combo was amazing. They shipped it super fast. It arrived in a timely manner. And we were having fun with it until I realized the camera was leaving marks on the photos. I took some pictures and sent them an email which they replied with an only one day. They had then told me that they had got a bad batch of cameras and they will replace the camera at no cost immediately. By the next day a new camera was being shipped to me and it's on the way now. The representatives are extremely nice understanding and don't ask a bunch of questions. It seems that they put their customers above all else. I would definitely buy again or recommend this product to anybody. Thank you for such good customer service!

We bought the couples book first our first adventure was something we had done before we got the book so we agreed to do the activity for the week. We reconnected on something we had taken for granted and the book help to remind us of that. We then purchased the family edition and did our first event today, our kids loved it and we had a lot of fun doing the challenge. The challenge opened the door to some play that we haven't had in a while. So far, we are really enjoying the challenges!

I love this concept, and the first challenge was totally fun! It was something my family and I would never to think to do just because. But because a book challenged us to my 13 year old was actually game to do it.
We did have a small issue with the camera but customer service was on top of it right away. They were friendly and kind and responsive. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is ready for adventure and fun.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have sent two emails, countless direct messages on Instagram, tried the chat feature on the website, and commented twice on their posts (which they deleted!). I order it as a Mother’s Day gift in April. When it shipped my tracking said May 8th. Now all it says is in transit, arriving late. I cannot get anyone to tell me what is going on. I replied “help” as prompted to both emails and the chat and still nothing. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would never recommend you spend your money with them.

I initially ordered just the Couples Adventure Box, not realizing I needed the Couples Adventure Book as well, my mistake I didn't read well enough. When I ordered the Couples Package, it came with the same box I had originally ordered. From the time I sent in a request about returning it and the time I was sending it back to them for a refund was 1 hour. The Customer Service I received was amazing! It was very quick and helpful. Emma was such a joy to work with and she was looking to get me the best refund possible! My wife and I had a fun time doing our first adventure and can't wait to see what we have in store for us!!
